Cassandra Lim
https://www.instagram.com/casslimsculptures/ Cassandra Lim is a Singapore-based artist whose works have been exhibited both locally and abroad. Her works reflect a wide range of social issues and are filled with thought-provoking messages about the world today. She uses a wide range of creative medium, such as oil/acrylic paintings, sculptures cast using stainless steel, bronze, aluminium, as well as sculptures created using direct building with materials like metal wires, ciment fondue, plaster de paris and epoxy resin. Cassandra is the current President of Sculpture Society (Singapore) – a non-profit organization which is dedicated to nurturing public appreciation of sculpture as an artform. She has served as in SSS management committee since 2015, and has organised and curated many exhibitions, symposiums and workshops. |
