Menal Bano

Menal Bano is a Visual Artist with a practice rooted in translating spaces into emotions. She holds a bachelor of Fine Arts from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, where she graduated in 2020. Menal’s paintings and drawings explore how physical environments- urban, natural, or cultural - evoke deeply personal responses. Using intuitive mark-making, gestural abstraction, and bold explorations of color, Menal creates work that invites viewers to experience the layered narratives of the spaces she inhabits. Her art has been showcased in galleries across Pakistan and has participated in residencies internationally, each enriching her artistic perspective.
