VOICE OF ART 5: Roots & Wings

In Celebration of Singapore’s 60th BirthdayThis year, as Singapore celebrates 60 years of independence, we invite you to be part of a landmark exhibition that honors our shared roots and celebrates the wings of progress that shape our future.
VOICE OF ART 5: Roots & Wings is a curated group exhibition open to emerging and established artists across all mediums. The theme calls for powerful artistic expressions that explore the dual forces of identity and evolution--where we come from and where we are headed.
This edition invites artists to interpret the intersection of heritage and aspiration—our cultural and personal roots, and the wings of ambition, innovation, and change. In the context of Singapore@60, we seek works that reflect on history while envisioning bold futures.

📍 Venue: ION Art Gallery, Level 4, ION Orchard

Who Should Apply?
*Emerging or established artists
*Creators working in Painting, Sculpture, Installation, Digital Art, Photography, or any visual medium
*Artists with a compelling and original interpretation of the Roots & Wings theme in the context of Singapore’s past, present, and future.

Commission Apply: 25%

*Payment is required upon approval of your application. Detailed information about the exhibition and payment instructions will be emailed to you if your application is Selected.

3. ARTWORK TYPE & SIZE:
All the exhibit artwork will be curated by Be One Gallery, artwork (Painting) size must not exceed (W)100cm x (H)120cm including the frame and smallest size must be from 60cm x 60cm. If the first exhibit artwork gets sold, the artist is allowed to replace it with a new artwork of the same or smaller size which must be curated by Be One gallery as well.
