Siviya Menon is an artist whose creative journey began amidst the tranquil backwaters of Kerala and evolved in the culturally rich landscapes of Jammu. She built her artistic foundation at the Institute of Music and Fine Arts in Jammu, where she earned her degree in painting. To further refine her craft, she pursued a postgraduate degree from the esteemed Government College of Fine Arts in Chennai, India.
Siviya’s work is a vivid reflection of her life, blending the beauty of nature, the depth of memories, and the intricacies of human emotion. Her artistic exploration thrives on versatility, embracing oil, acrylic, watercolour, and mixed media. These mediums allow her to weave compelling narratives, often featuring elements of realism brought to life with intricate details. Whether capturing the shimmering scales of a fish or the graceful elegance of the female form, her art celebrates the richness and diversity of life.
Her work has been exhibited internationally, including in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and mIndia, showcasing her ability to merge cultural influences with personal storytelling.
