ABOUT ARTIST
Tammy Gray
https://www.instagram.com/tammy.g.art/ Born in Hong Kong, Tammy’s artistic journey started in the United Kingdom where she was influenced by the dramatic seasons and landscapes in the Sussex countryside. During her time living near the coast, she was drawn to the power and intensity of the sea and the ever changing weather. Since then, she has been relocated to live in multiple countries including Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore where she continued to study art and explore different practices. While travelling extensively, she observed the unique shapes, and patterns of architecture and nature. Her works often captured elements from the experiences across the different cultures and continents that she has both lived in and visited. Over the decades, she has gradually evolved from a representational painter to an abstract artist. Tammy has been exhibiting extensively in England since 2005 and more recently in Singapore. Her works have been collected in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore by private collectors. |
ARTWORK
Lake Tekapo Size: 58.5 x 40.5cm Medium: Mixed media on wood board Inspired by the extraordinary scenery and the unspoiled nature during my travel in South Island, New Zealand. The weather surrounding Lake Tekapo changes rapidly. I used both strong and soft shapes and a limited palette to represent the unpredictable nature of this beauty spot. |
Milford Sound Size: 101 cm x 76 cm Medium: Acrylic on canvas Inspired by the extraordinary scenery and the unspoiled nature during my travel in South Island, New Zealand.
