ABOUT ARTIST
Thanh Nguyen – a Master of Visual Arts graduate from Mahasarakham University in Thailand, is an outstanding young artist born in 1994 in the rural region of Bac Giang, Vietnam. With his gifted hands, his works have become an integral part of the spring exhibitions at the Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, he participated in the South Central Highlands Regional Exhibition in Da Nang in 2022 and 2023, where his pieces garnered significant attention and praise from the artist community and audiences alike.
Thanh Nguyen's creative themes are deeply imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity, particularly focusing on lotus flowers and the imagery of Vietnamese women. By conveying unique and refined perspectives on these subjects, he has crafted artworks that are sophisticated, profound, and leave a strong impression on viewers.
